Agri4Life Development Programme

 

Our Agri4Life Development Programme provide platform where young people can be given an opportunity to go to a different city, region, and country to serve as volunteers in partner-farms . This allow them to be mentored, coached and trained in the business of agriculture. We have realized that our education system does not equip youth for a life after school or classroom.During these 6 -12 months, we ensure that our candidates are fully equipped in all areas. ​

We are committed to training you in basic farming, business, finance and  leadership skills. At the end of your intern year, you will be given an opportunity to decide whether you would like to join us to serve in other different roles and capacities within the company or set up your own business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

​

Meet consistently with a trainer/coach for development

Spend a minimum of 80 hours a month in a specific project (depending on your particular interest and skill)

Participate in our “AgriBiz Village”

Serve on a team

Participate in our Agriculture, Sustainability and Climate change conferences & other events

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Passion for Food security, Sustainability and Environment

Heart to serve

Peer Reference

Willingness to sacrifice for our major events & programs

Emotional maturity

Social maturity

Single or married w / o children
